Six issues
Six things I've read up on. Not a ranking, and nowhere near a full list.
These are six I have spent real time on, so these are six I can talk about honestly. They are not the only things that matter and they may not be the ones that matter most to you. If yours is missing, that is a gap in my reading, not a judgment about your issue, and I would like to hear about it.
We've spent two years being governed by people who sounded very sure of themselves. I'd rather show you what I found and let you make up your own mind.

Streets that work for everyone
The roads are the thing everyone here complains about and nobody discusses honestly.

The lowest score in Marin County, against a repair backlog of roughly $36 million.

Fire and flood
Fairfax sits high in the watershed. The bigger question is a fee that expires in 2027 and the paperwork nobody has started.

The day the Flood Zone 9 fee expires. Renewing it is a procedure with a calendar, and the calendar is tight.

Where the next homes go
About 460 of the 490 required homes are still unplaced. Where those permits get steered is the real question in this election.

A budget that can cover what the town needs after 2027
Three funding sources run out inside the next term, and none of them has a plan yet.

The rule keeping chain retail off Broadway and Bolinas Road expires, and the replacement hasn't been written.

How I will decide
The complaint here was never really about one policy. It was about being talked at.
